Overview
FHA203hLoans.com (the "Site") is an educational website about FHA 203(h) Mortgage Insurance for Disaster Victims operated by Matthew Brown, Sr. Loan Originator / Mortgage Broker, NMLS #1254520. The Site is not affiliated with HUD, FHA, FEMA, or any government agency. This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected and used when you visit the Site or contact Matthew through it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information through it.
This policy applies only to this Site. It does not apply to other websites linked from the Site, including loan application portals, scheduling tools, and government websites, which have their own privacy policies.
Information collected through the contact form
When you submit the contact form, the Site collects the information you choose to provide, which may include:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The state where the property is located
- Your goal (for example, replacing a home destroyed in a disaster, rebuilding, or requesting a workshop)
- Any additional details you type into the message field, such as your county or what happened to your home
- The page of the Site from which you submitted the form
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, and delivered by email to Matthew Brown. Formspree processes the data under its own privacy policy and terms. Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss your mortgage questions, and follow up by phone, text, or email about your request.
If you call, text, email, or schedule a consultation, the information you share in those communications is used in the same way — to respond to you and help with your financing questions.
Please don't submit sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or credit card account numbers, dates of birth, FEMA registration numbers, insurance policy numbers, or other sensitive information through the contact form, by text, or by regular email. If you decide to apply for a loan, you'll be directed to a secure application where that information can be provided appropriately.
Analytics and cookies
The Site may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, general location at the city or region level, device and browser type, and clicks on links such as phone, email, scheduling, and pre-approval links. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, and the data is processed by Google under its own policies.
This information is used in aggregate to improve the Site's content and usefulness. It is not used to identify you personally.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from reading the Site.

How information is shared

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
